At Fiori Salvati, every arrangement is crafted with care and we want you to be truly delighted with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the arrangement is undamaged and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges. Should you wish to order a different arrangement, simply return your current order and place a new one in our boutique.
